Call Center Representative

Advantmed has an immediate need for a seasonal Remote(work from home) Call Center Representatives to build and maintain relationships with our providers in order to gather Medical Records from their office. Candidate should have the drive to learn and excel in their position. Communication is the key to building relationships with the medical providers.

The Remote Call Center Representative will be speaking to medical providers on a daily basis on behalf of our clients to retrieve patient health information via fax, mail, or onsite appointments. Cases will be updated in Advantmed’s internal case management system which will require detailed notes to keep clients informed.

If considered for the position, you will be required to complete assessments tests for an understanding of your communication, typing, and other PC skills.


Must have high-speed internet access at home
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
Ability to build and maintain good relationships with providers.
Must be able to work from home in a quiet designated area (preferably home office)
Minimum 2 years of college
Experience within a Call Center or Customer Service Representative position a huge PLUS
Full-Time Positions only available
Must be flexible with scheduling, possibly working PST hours (4 hours behind PR local time)

Compensation: $9 per hour
