There are 70MM sports parents in our country who are frustrated by the lack of player feedback from their kids’ coaches…which is especially upsetting when many are spending thousands of dollars a year on sports. Our early-stage mobile platform, and proprietary database of well-defined sports skills is helping youth sports teams share coach feedback, improve player development and increase parent engagement.

If you have successfully launched new mobile products, and marketed and scaled them, we want to get to know you. If you are a “take-no-prisoners” growth hacker, that can turn a start-up ad budget into Under Armour-like results, we want you. We are looking for a hard-working, adaptive and proven Marketing Manager to manage our range of marketing activities. This is a remote position (NY/NJ/PA preferred), so you will need to be self-motivated and disciplined. You will be working directly with the Founder/CEO, Technical Co-Founder and outside marketing vendors. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading development and implementation of brand identity and marketing strategy
  • Serving as primary contact for our marketing vendors/partners
  • Managing marketing initiatives including social media, advertising, email, newsletter, events
  • Actively driving the customer feedback loop
  • Immersing yourself in our marketing results and analytics
  • Remaining 1000% focused on growth and traction of our technology and our brand message

REQUIREMENTS

Are you a future CMO? Let’s get to know each other and succeed together, and then that position can be yours. Here’s what we are looking for:

  • Absolutely must have a “growth hacking” mentality….we find small windows of opportunity and attack them with zeal to get big results.
  • 5-10 years of diverse marketing experience, seeing products through stages from launch to maturity
  • Startup experience, preferably in the areas of mobile, social, big-data or video
  • Ability to work a non-traditional schedule at times (startup hours) to ensure we are able to meet deadlines with a small team
  • Strong, proven, marketing skills and references to back them up
  • Impeccable standards for design and appreciation for Design Thinking
  • Strong business writing skills and ability to communicate with founders and tech staff
  • Analytical acumen and proficiency in using many marketing software programs including MailChimp, WordPress, Google Analytics, Hootsuite and all social media platforms

COMPENSATION

Compensation includes a full-time salary and stock options.
